Hospitality is a central Catholic virtue, reflecting love of neighbor and service to Christ through welcoming and caring for others. Romans 12:13; Hebrews 13:2 "Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by doing that some have entertained angels without knowing it,"; and Titus 1:8 and 1 Timothy 3:2 list hospitality as a key quality for church leaders.
If you would be interested in forming a Hospitality Committee here at St. Joseph's, please contact Stacy in the office. The Hospitality Committee would assist at and help recruit volunteers for parish events, Coffee & Donuts, Soup & Stations, Greeters, etc.
Thank you!
